Fun Facts about Love Bond

The philosophy behind Love Bond…..something about our Logo that we are proud of………The logo is loosely based on the symbol for the star Polaris from the Behenian fixed stars, which symbolizes love and desire.

The design of the logo, the dominant crescent and top circle represents a wedding ring which is in line with the character of Polaris for being fixed and unchanging, for its being “the solitaire diamond set in its very own engagement ring”.

This symbolizes a long lasting and eternal love. More importantly, the unchanging believe of Love Bond in offering all our customers with exceptional services.

What is the Behenian fixed stars?

The astrologers of the Renaissance period Europe and the Arab world made use of a selection of fifteen stars, called the Behenian fixed stars, in their magical predictions. Each star in the group was considered to be the source of power to one or more of the planets. The name Behenian, derived from the Arab word bahman, means ‘root.’ When a planet was within six degrees of an associated star, this influence was thought to be particularly strong.

What is the Polaris star ?

Perhaps more than any star other than our Sun, Polaris has been regarded as the most important star in the heavens. It is a star of the second magnitude, at the end of the handle of the Little Dipper and almost at the north celestial pole, also known as the North Star or the Pole Star. Polaris never moves from night to night (to the delight of northern sailors) and therefore never sets nor rises; it is a fixed and unchanging reference point in sky. It has a very dim companion that circles completely around the primary in exactly 24 hours; it is a cepheid variable (a type of star) that simply refuses to behave like a typical self-respecting cepheid; and it is the solitaire diamond set in its very own engagement ring.
